Shows or hides the language switcher in the site header.

Editing Notes
Section titled “Editing Notes”- The setting defaults to enabled.
- Disable it when translations are not ready to be made available to visitors.
- The switcher requires Polylang or WPML; without either plugin, nothing is displayed.
