Use this control to replace the standard site title in the main navigation with an optional multiline title. It appears immediately after Site Title in the shared Site Branding & Identity section.

Use This When
Section titled “Use This When”- The site name is too long for one line.
- The navigation should display a more curated editorial title than the one set in the WP site settings.
Editing Notes
Section titled “Editing Notes”- The field is optional.
- The textarea displays three visible rows; longer content remains editable by scrolling.
- When left blank, the default WordPress site title is used.
- Line breaks entered in this field are intended to support a multiline title in the main navigation.
- Departmental Lab or Research Group sites replace this value visually with their uploaded logo under Site Branding & Identity.
